W E L C O M E

Welcome to my blog! I have pondered about writing one for sometime (maybe even a year or so)!

I will say what truly inspired me was my beautiful, intelligent daughter randomly asking me one day if I had ever thought of starting one. So, you can say I got the final "shove" I needed to begin. (Thanks, Whit!)

I pray that my blog will bring a smile to your face as you reflect on your walk in life with our Heavenly Father.

Blessings,

Sandra

1) To inspire others in this journey of life; to experience "koinonia" with you! The Greek word "koinonia" means, to have an interactive relationship between God and other believers who are sharing in this "new" life that we are able to experience because of what Jesus did on the cross.

2) To lead others who may not know Christ to Him, so that they may also experience this "new" life!

SANDRA NORBERG

founder/writer

I grew up in rural Minnesota and am the youngest of six children. After graduating from SDSU with a degree in communication disorders, I obtained a career in speech pathology in the public schools. After realizing God was calling me to something greater, I then attended Sioux Falls Seminary and graduated in 2007 with a Masters degree in Christian Leadership. Besides blogging, my ministry involves working with my husband, Jay in our pharmacy. I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, Zach (Sophie), Whitney and Cody, as well as traveling and shopping! Currently, Jay and I reside in Pipestone, Minnesota with our youngest, Cody.

I was born and raised in the little town of Pipestone, Minnesota. I am the middle child AND the only girl (definitely the best of both worlds)! I am currently attending the University of Sioux Falls pursuing a double major in psychology and theology/Biblical studies, as well as being a RA in one of the co-ed, upper classmen dorms on campus. I love playing saxophone, eating Cherry Berry, shopping at Hobby Lobby and hanging out with my friends and family. I am also super passionate about mission work and I am patiently awaiting the next place God is going to send me to share the Gospel. Ultimately, I just love living this beautiful life God has blessed me with!
